I just wanted to thank you for doing such a great “restorative” cleaning job on my rugs and upholstery items. I can’t believe how nice my large area rug looks; I can’t even notice the snags from my Boys’ toenails! It is very hard to keep nice things with two spoiled and ageing cats. You and your Team have made it possible.

Even Pumpkin and Misha are impressed: they have not laid a claw on it since I brought it home!
